LowTroMAP database

This project has been carried out to develop moderate resolution (8-day and 4-km resolution) of low-trophic level ocean and terrestrial organism datasets in the Asia-Pacific region mainly based on satellite remote sensing observations. The main motivation of this project is to provide a consistent long-term record of spatiotemporally completed (no spatiotemporal gap) data adequate to be used for assessing the sensitivity/vulnerability of the Asia-Pacific low-trophic level organism to global warming and interannual/decadal climate changes such as El Niño/Southern Oscillation, Pacific Decadal Oscillation, Indian Ocean Dipole, etc.
