Dr Yutaka Matsuno has background in the field of Agricultural Engineering including the disciplines related to hydrology, irrigation and drainage management, water quality. Experience in research on agricultural development in Asian countries (e.g. Japan, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Philippines), water quality assessment in reservoirs, application of the information and communication technology to agriculture, hydrological modelling, artificial neural network.
