Mr. Manh is a Deputy Head of the Technical Department – Agricultural Extension Center – Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of An Giang province. His strong background is in crop sciences, soil sciences, agricultural extension, and farming systems. The Agricultural Extension Center, especially the Technical Department, is where new science and technology in agriculture are received and transferred. Implement pilot models and develop them for farmer communities, cooperative groups, and cooperatives. With his position as Deputy Head of the Technical Department – Agricultural Extension Center, he is strongly to carry out agricultural extension and plant protection activities; models, demonstration sites, trials, experiments and training to transfer scientific and technical advances to farmers.
