Dr Pham Huynh Thanh Van – is currently a lecturer of Agriculture and Natural resources Management Faculty at the An Giang University of Vietnam. With more than 20 years of experience working at the University as a lecturer and researcher, she has led and taken part in several studies related to rural livelihoods, natural resources conservation, and climate change adaptation in the Mekong region. She is interested in the issue of collective adaptation by farmers in rural areas in Vietnam, particularly where group capacity should be invested for better integration with governmental intervention to the challenges of changing water resources.
