Saurav Dey Shuvo

Saurav Dey Shuvo is an accomplished meteorologist and researcher who earned his Bachelor’s in Geography and Environment, followed by a Master’s in Meteorology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is currently a Local Admin and Lecturer in the Department of Meteorology at the University of Dhaka. Throughout his academic career, he has demonstrated a deep interest and aptitude for studying atmospheric sciences, with expertise in severe storms, satellite meteorology, numerical weather prediction systems, and hydrometeorology. He is an active member of several professional organizations, such as the American Geophysical Union, the American Meteorological Society, and the South Asian Meteorological Association. He is committed to advancing our understanding of atmospheric processes.
