Rajib Shaw

Keio University

Prof. Rajib Shaw is a professor in the Graduate School of Media and Governance of Keio University, Japan. He is co-founder of a Delhi based social entrepreneur startup, Resilience Innovation Knowledge Academy (RIKA), and chair of the board of two Japanese non-government agencies: SEEDS Asia and CWS Japan. He is the Co-chair of the Asia Pacific Science Technology Academic Advisory Group (APSTAAG), and CLA for IPCC’s 6th Assessment Report. Professor Shaw has 50 books and more than 400 research papers in the field of environment, disaster management and climate change. More about his work can be found in: www.rajibshaw.org
