Dr. Mario Delos Reyes is a Professorial Lecturer and former Dean at the University of the Philippines School of Urban and Regional Planning. At present, he is the President & CEO of the Centre for Neighbourhood Studies Philippines. Prof Delos Reyes was recently appointed by the university as the Director of PASCAL (Placemaking and Social Cohesion and Learning Cities) Centre for Asia-Pacific. He was awarded Scientist 3 and received the university Board of Regents – Meritorious Public Service in Environmental Governance. He earned a doctorate in Geography at the Faculty of Earth Sciences from the University of Hamburg in Germany.
