Kizar Ahmed Sumon

Bangladesh Agricultural University

Dr Kizar Ahmed Sumon is working as a faculty (Associate Professor) in the Faculty of Fisheries, Bangladesh Agricultural University since 2020. He obtained his PhD in Ecotoxicology from Wageningen University, The Netherlands in 2018. He is teaching several courses relevant to environmental toxicology at B.Sc. and M.Sc. level and doing research focusing on the environmental impacts of agricultural and industrial chemicals on aquatic organisms, especially fish. Dr Kizar co-(supervised) almost 12 MS students and is a co-(PI) of 5 national projects. He received the best publication award three times in a row from Bangladesh Agricultural University Teachers Association.
