Dr. Ha Thi Hoa has over 15 years of experience as a senior researcher, project manager, and coordinator for various development and research projects in livelihood development, natural resource governance, biodiversity, disaster management, climate change, climate-smart agriculture, and gender. She has worked with organizations such as CARE International in Vietnam, CARE Australia, and AusAID. Currently, she is the Director of the Agriculture and Forestry Research and Development Center for Mountainous Regions in Vietnam. She also serves as a consultant and lecturer at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry. Dr. Hoa holds a Ph.D. from the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan.
