Dr. Dung Huu Luong is a Principal researcher and expert in the field of Hydrology and Climate change, and currently is Director of Hydrology and Oceanography Research Center under The Vietnam Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change. He has solid experience in implementing projects on flood and drought forecasting and their impact assessment, developing water resources policies, reservoir operation policies to strengthen water security and natural disaster management.
