Dr Chantha Oeurng is the Deputy Director and Senior Lecturer of Hydrology, Hydraulics and Irrigation at the Faculty of Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering, Institute of Technology of Cambodia. He received his PhD from the University of Toulouse, France. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and a postdoctoral visiting scholar at the University of California Berkeley USA through the Fulbright US-ASEAN Visiting Scholar Program. His research focuses on water resources and environmental changes from water infrastructure development, land-use change, climate change, and water quality and sediment transport in river basin.
