IPCC Inviting Input on the Special Report on 1.5°C

The IPCC is in a pre-scoping process for developing a special report on the impacts of global warming of 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels and related global greenhouse gas emission pathways, responding to a request by the UNFCCC at COP21 in Paris France. The special report will be prepared in the context of strengthening the global response to the threat of climate change, sustainable development and efforts to eradicate poverty.

The Steering Committee for the Special Report on 1.5ºC is circulating the questionnaire ahead of the Scoping Meeting in August 2016 to get input from interested parties on the structure and contents of the report.
