APN Welcomes New Secretariat Director Mr. Seiji Tsutsui

1 August 2017, Kobe — Mr. Seiji Tsutsui joins the APN as Director of the Secretariat as of 1 August 2017. Mr. Tsutsui is seconded from the Ministry of the Environment, Government of Japan and succeeds Mr. Hiroshi Tsujihara in leading the Secretariat’s operational management and support for APN.
