Dr. LIU Ning is a Programme Officer of United Nations Environment Programme’ Northwest Pacific Action Plan (NOWPAP). Dr. Liu has two decades of experience in environmental governance, working with UNEP, the General Administration of China Customs, the World Customs Organization, and the Freeland Foundation. Dr. Liu has published in various professional and academic journals, acted as resources persons at numerous seminars, workshops, and conferences.
