Dr Siev Sokly received a bachelor degree in Chemical and Food Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia in 2012. He graduated master degree in Environmental Engineering in 2014 from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. In 2018, he received his Doctoral degree in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He is a former head of the Water and Environment Research Unit and deputy director of the Research and Innovation Center, Institute of Technology of Cambodia. Currently, he is working at the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation, Cambodia.
