Kwang-Sik Choi

Jeju National University

Dr. Kwang-Sik Choi is a Professor in the Department of Marine Life Science, College of Ocean Science, Jeju National University, Korea, where he has been a faculty member since 1995. Dr. Choi K.S. completed his M.S & Ph.D. at Texas A&M University, United States, and his undergraduate studies at Inha University, Korea. His research interests include marine invertebrates ecology, pathology, environment, aquaculture. In addition, he has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of marine life science. Dr. Choi K.S. has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications with more than 4000 citations. In addition, Dr. Choi K.S. has served as the Project Team Leader for POST BK21 (2006–2012) and BK21 PLUS (2013–2020).
