Ambika Dabral

Resilience Innovation Knowledge Academy

Ambika is a trained Disaster Management Professional with close to a decade of experience. She has expertise in undertaking research, planning and capacity development activities for varied stakeholders (including government departments, NGOs, and communities) across regional, national and sub-national levels. She has planned and executed a range of community-driven field exercises, and training programmes along with designing and developing short-term courses and knowledge products. She has earned her Master’s Degree in Disaster Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai (India) and holds the Institute Silver Medal.  She has a keen interest in nature-based solutions for DRM.
