Kundan Lal Shrestha is an Associate Professor at Kathmandu University. He holds a PhD in Engineering and has research interests in environmental modeling, including air and water quality, atmospheric transport, hydroclimatology, urban environmental pollution, and climate change. He is a member of various professional organizations, such as the Nepal Engineering Council, the Japanese Universities Alumni Association, Nepal, and the Nepal JSPS Alumni Association. Professor Shrestha has been a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow and is renowned for his environmental science and engineering contributions.
