Ram Lal Verma

Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific

Dr. Ram Lal Verma is an Indian, currently working as a Program Specialist at the Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific, Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He is an environmental professional with experience of working for more than 15 years on various environmental issues at the national and international levels. He is managing the projects related to regional air pollution in the Asian region including providing secretariat services to intergovernmental networks, science projects, capacity building on air quality management, and technical supports in consultancy projects. He earned his Ph.D. in Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies (atmospheric science) from the University of Tokyo, Japan, and studied carbonaceous aerosols.
