Mr Kamal Uy is the Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Environment of the Royal Government of Cambodia and APN Scientific Planning Group member. He is also a Vice Chair of the National REDD+ Secretariat and a lecturer on climate change at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He graduated with a Master of Science degree 2006 from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
